1. What is Atome? 

Atome is a "buy now, pay later" mobile app that splits your bill into three equal payments over three months. The mobile app is free to download and free to use for consumers: Atome charges zero interest and zero service fees.

After downloading our mobile App and setting up your account, scan an Atome QR code to pay if you’re at a shop or choose Atome as a payment option when you’re on a merchant’s website.You pay 1/3 of the total bill on the spot. The second payment will be due 30 days later, and the third, the following month.

2. How much do I have to spend to use Atome?

The minimum spending for a single purchase is PHP100.

3. How to contact Atome?

4. How do I register with Atome?

1. Download Atome App, sign up with your mobile number and complete the OTP verification.
2. Complete personal information
3. Binding your payment card
4. Verify your identity with PHID card (must be clearly photographed) - registration completed.

5. Am I eligible to use the Atome service?

Before you register with us, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

1) A mobile number issued with a Phillippines prefix (+63)

2) Legal full name

3) Accepted ID

4) Date of birth

5) A valid email address

6) A credit/debit card issued by a financial institution

The information is required to ensure that we identify the correct users and prevent any misuse of identity. Before checkout Please remember to select any available voucher and spend at least PHP100 to successfully complete your purchase.

6. I don't live in the Philippines, does it mean I can't use Atome?

You can use Atome to pay as long as you link a PH-issued debit card or credit card to your Atome mobile App when setting up your account with PH IDs as long as the purchase is in PHP currency. UMID,SSS,Drivers License, Passport, PRC ID, National ID.

7. Where can I use Atome?

Pay with shop that displayed Atome QR code or visit our merchant store directory on atome.ph or Atome app. You may also see Atome listed as a payment option at a merchant’s website.
